my prices are for non-commercial uses (except vtuber models), if you want a drawing for commercial use i will raise 50%

I have the right to use the discarded or cancelled custom designs, they can be sold as adoptable or used as original characters in the future.

WIPS belong to the artist. If for any reason the commission is cancelled, the client can't reuse my sketches or designs to request another commission to a different artist

YOU HAVE NO RIGHT to use canceled/discarted commissions; you may not use any designs, ideas, or canceled commissions that came from me as elements for other commissions—that is like using my work for free.This includes: elements of my design, copying poses, color palette arrangements, or anything else I’ve created. You only have rights to the ideas and elements that came from you.

i can charge a extra if a element of the commission is complicated

if you want to publish the commission in your social medias you can do it, just remember to credit me, and if you are able, please tag me

i can reject your commission if i can’t do it

if the estimated time of one month is exceeded, you can demand a refund.

if you want a background on the drawing please tell me, it will have a cost extra and will need good references of what do you want
